According to the latest information confirmed by the FormulaFlash technical team, FormulaFlash currently supports BENCH Unlock for the following 5 Bosch MD1/MG1 ECU types:

What Does This Support Mean?
For the five ECU types listed above, FormulaFlash currently provides:
BENCH Unlock → FLASH Read/Write → EEPROM Read/Write → Checksum
This means FormulaFlash Software can perform the BENCH unlock procedure and then access the FLASH and EEPROM data for supported ECU versions.
What About Other MD1/MG1 ECUs?
FormulaFlash supports various MD1/MG1 applications for different operations, but the current confirmed BENCH Unlock list shown above is limited to these five ECU types.
If you are working with another MD1/MG1 ECU, especially a newer or protected version, please do not assume that “Read/Write supported” also means “Unlock supported.”
Before purchasing or working on a specific ECU, we recommend checking the exact ECU model, MCU and available operation mode.
